Shipping / Returns 
Billing / Payment
Over 95% of our orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. The entire order is billed when the first shipment occurs. In the event of backorders, your order is treated as a prepaid order and appropriate backorder notices will be sent indicating anticipated shipment date for the item(s) on backorder. If the entire order is backordered, you will not be billed until the order/initial shipment occurs.

Shipping Costs
We currently ship via UPS Ground, UPS2Day or UPS1Day, with a 7-10 business day turnaround. Selecting shipment other than UPS Ground does not guarantee merchandise within that selected time frame, but rather guarantees that your order will be handled before Ground Shipment orders.

Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will be shipped either UPS 1Day or UPS 2Day. This does not guarantee you will receive the order in 1 or 2 days. We currently cannot ship APO/FPO nor USPS. UPS 2nd Day Air does not guarantee shipment to be received in 2-3 days. Please allow at least 7-12 business days to receive your merchandise.


International Shipments
We currently will ship to Canada. You can order on-line, or if you prefer, you may fax your order to (630)321-0458, or you may telephone your order at (630)321-0494.

   

Return Policy
Returns are accepted. You must telephone or e-mail us your request for the return authorization. An explanation as to why you want to return the merchandise, must be indicated. You will be sent an e-mail with the return instructions.

You will be refunded promptly once the merchandise is returned.(minus the cost of postage and handling).
Return postage is not refunded.

In order to keep our prices competitive and as low as possible, we cannot refund the postage, heavy weight fees (if applicable) or handling amount.

Any orders shipped as 'free shipping' will be charged a restocking fee equal to actual postage, handling and/or heavy weight fees (if applicable) amounts.

If merchandise was received damaged, you need to contact the shipper immediately so that a claim can be filed. Once the claim is approved through the carrier, you have the option of receiving a replacment item or a refund, including the postage amount.

Return Policy -- You have 30 days from receipt of product to return merchandise for a refund (less shipping and handling).
We ship via UPS Ground to keep costs down. If you want expedited service. We will ship, at your request, on an expedited basis.
This does not guarantee 1 or 2 day delivery, rather it will process expedited orders first. 
Allow 7-10 days for delivery of all in stock merchandise (unless otherwise specified).
We will accomodate large volume purchases.
